Do you send proofs for printed personalized items?

Yes, if requested at checkout, we will send you a proof copy of your order before printing to ensure you are happy and all details are correct. Proofs are send via email 2 business days after payment is received for customer approval.

 When will my order ship after approval?

Approvals received after 5pm are considered to be approved on the following business day.  We do take event dates into consideration, so your order may be bumped a day or two if others need their order sooner. Please allow a few extra days during busy seasons (pre-holiday).

What if I don't need a proof?

Orders placed with "NO PROOF" will save 2 days in processing. See our current Lead Times for more details.
