All products are shipped from Lincoln University, PA by USPS.
Once your package leaves our studio, you can expect the following transit times for delivery within the continental* US (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays). 

First Class, Standard + Flat Rate - 2-6 business days
Priority Mail - 2-3 business days 
Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days (guaranteed)

International First Class – Allow at least 2-3 weeks (varies by location)
Priority Mail International – 6-10 business days to most locations
Priority Mail Express International – 3-5 business days to most locations
Global Express Guaranteed - 1-3 business days to most locations

You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information**. We guarantee packages are delivered to the USPS. However, from this point, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left by the USPS in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.

** Greeting Cards Shipping
Free First Class Shipping for greeting cards does NOT include tracking. If you'd like accurate tracking, please upgrade your shipping method at checkout to an alternate shipping method.

{INTERNATIONAL ORDERS}

There is typically not tracking or delivery confirmation for international orders. We will do our very best to ensure the delivery of your item, but if your customs or immigration seizes the item, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. Please ensure that you have received packages from the United States before as we DO NOT REFUND FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.

RETURNS
We are not responsible for or required to process refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Please check your entered shipping address carefully. Please note that some specialty items will carry a re-stocking fee up to 50%. Custom items may not be eligible for return.  Please contact us to discuss.

Returns MUST be approved in advance. Approved returns must be received back into our studio its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we received and inspected the package. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of these items, all printed and/or assembled items in a custom printing order cannot be returned or refunded at any time unless there is a printing error or spelling error made by Scrap Bits. It is extremely important for you to proofread your digital proof carefully. The final approved proof will will be queued for printing.

CANCELLING A PERSONALIZATION ORDER:
Please be mindful of your event date. Personalized printed orders cancelled after proofing (but before printing) will be assessed a $6 typesetting fee. Any proofed orders that are NOT approved within 2 weeks of of proof delivery are non-cancelable and non-refundable. We will send up to 2 reminders to review your proof if we haven't heard from you. All non-responsive personalized orders will be permanently voided from our production schedule after 60 days and will not be shipped. Once your order has been printed (2-3 days after approval), it is non-refundable and will be shipped.
