Order Processing

Most Scrap Bits products are personalized and made to order. Every order is created specifically for you, so please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Flat Rate U.S. Shipping: $5.95

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $35

FREE USPS First-Class Mail on all greeting cards*

All orders ship from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania via USPS.

Estimated transit times within the continental United States:

  • USPS First-Class Mail / USPS Ground Advantage: 2–6 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

International estimated transit times:

  • First-Class International: Allow 2–3 weeks (varies by destination)

  • Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days

  • Priority Mail Express International: 3–5 business days

  • Global Express Guaranteed: 1–3 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Most shipments include tracking information.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we cannot control carrier delays, we'll gladly assist if your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost.

Greeting Card Shipping

Free USPS First-Class Mail shipping for greeting cards does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please select an upgraded shipping method during checkout.


International Orders

International orders may not include end-to-end tracking or delivery confirmation, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by their country.

Unfortunately, Scrap Bits cannot issue refunds for packages that are delayed, refused, or seized by customs or local postal authorities.


Returns & Exchanges

Because most Scrap Bits products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a personalization or printing error made by Scrap Bits, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue. If the error is ours, we'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all original contents

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellations

Personalized orders begin processing quickly and may not be canceled once production has started.

If your order includes a proof, it may be canceled after proofing but before printing; however, a $6 typesetting fee will apply.

Proofs not approved within 14 days become non-cancelable. We will send up to two reminder emails before removing the order from our production schedule.

Orders that remain inactive for 60 days will be permanently canceled and will not be produced or shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Scrap Bits is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
